- This message means that you are not logged in to the event. If you have registered and received a confirmation email with your ticket and magic link, log in using the email address you used for your registration. The platform will send you a verification email with a personalized link
- If you have not yet registered, please follow the registration link and submit the form. We will get back to you ASAP with your "ticket" and instructions on how to access the event
- You may not be registered, or you have tried to log in with an email that is different from the one you registered with
- The webinar is a by-invitation-only event, but we welcome invitation requests. Simply fill out the Registration Form to request a ticket, and we'll get back to you ASAP!
- Joining the session is as easy as clicking the Join Broadcast button below the session title in the Agenda page
- This button will appear two minutes before the start of each session, and all live sessions will be displayed at the top of the Agenda page

How do I know if I'm logged in?
If you clicked on the personalized link you received by email then you are automatically logged in. When you are logged in you will see a Profile Icon with a drop-down menu at the top right of your screen, similar to this:
I am trying to access a session but get this message:
I thought I was registered but I get a “Sorry, we didn't recognize this email” message when I hit the “Log In” button. How can I get into the event?
*Note: if you fill in the form using a personal email address, it will take longer to approve your request. Please use your work email address so we know your affiliation and reason for attending the event.
Is there a registration deadline?
No, there is no registration deadline. You can register at any time
What time zone will the event be in?
The agenda is set in Pacific Time, but it will always show times in Pacific time, and your time zone (according to your device time zone/date settings)
How do I join a live session?
*Note that if you arrive at the agenda page without following your personalized link, you will be prompted to logon if you try to join a session. Please ensure that you logon using the email address with which you registered.
What are the computer system requirements to join a virtual session?
Will the event be recorded, so I can watch it in the future?
Sessions will be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing after the live event is complete. Details on how to access the recordings will be sent out after the event
Will there be a fee to access the recorded content after the event?
There is no fee to view recorded sessions after the event date, but you will still need to register to view sessions after the event
