How do I know if I'm logged in?
If you clicked on the personalized link you received by email then you are automatically logged in. When you are logged in you will see a Profile Icon with a drop-down menu at the top right of your screen, similar to this:
I am trying to access a session but get this message:
I thought I was registered but I get a “Sorry, we didn't recognize this email” message when I hit the “Log In” button. How can I get into the event?
*Note: if you fill in the form using a personal email address, it will take longer to approve your request. Please use your work email address so we know your affiliation and reason for attending the event.
Can I watch all sessions on the same page?
Yes! All sessions will be added to this site after the live events are over, and you can watch them all at your leisure. One approved registration "ticket" will give you access to all session recordings.
How do I watch a recorded session?
*Note that if you arrive at the agenda page without following your personalized link, you will be prompted to logon if you try to join a session. Please ensure that you logon using the email address with which you registered.
